Photography with the BCRD
If you live in the Wood River Valley you most certainly know (and have participated in activities with!) the Blaine County Recreation District — or more commonly known as The BCRD. My own girls have grown up going to BCRD camps, participating in team sports, enjoying the pool, and having fun at the many special events they put on every year.
I’ve been organizing photo catalogs and taking some time to restructure my filing systems. It’s not always my favorite of office tasks, but I do appreciate how much doing so lends itself to reminiscing and reflecting on how wonderful this community truly is. In addition to weddings, portraits, newborns, and family photo shoots, I get to do a lot of event photography as well. The BCRD in particular has such a huge range of programs it offers and events that it hosts that every photo mission I take with them is fun, different, and always brings a smile to my face!
Thank you to the BCRD for all that they do for the community — the Wood River Valley simply wouldn’t be the same without you!
