We’re hiring for a part-time studio manager position as well as a part time marketing/communications position - or, if you’re the right fit for both we’re open to rolling the two positions into one more full-time role! Studio Manager Position

Are you organized, personable, and like logistics? This role could just be perfect for you! 

What we are looking for: 

Client Relations

  • Being responsive to emails in a timely manner 

  • Excellent rapport with potential and returning clients

  • Quickly develop a basic knowledge of sessions (pricing, packages, timing, locations, etc.) to help answer questions 

  • Overall management of clients as they progress through our workflow & on going contact

  • Sending out invoices, contracts, and questionnaires 

  • Support the marketing needs of the studio

Office Management

  • Maintaining and updating client files 

  • Being able to take on independent projects and execute them efficiently

  • Scheduling and managing Dev’s calendar 

  • Packaging orders 

  • Greeting studio comers 

  • Ensuring product and supplies are in stock and ordering when needed

Great to Haves

  • Interest or knowledge of photography 

  • Creative abilities to help design photo albums for clients as needed

  • Experience with Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop and or Indesign

 

Social Media + Marketing Coordinator

We’re looking for someone to manage our social media accounts, manage our communications calendar, and possibly write some blog posts. This role will be approximately 10 hours a week and while we’d prefer to hire someone locally we’re open to this being a remote position!

What to expect:

  • Create and manage marketing content and calendar

  • Monthly planning meetings as well as weekly check-in meetings to cover upcoming shoots, answer any questions about photos to help create better posts

  • Working with Dev to create weekly blog posts

  • 1 monthly email newsletter

  • Posting 4-5 social media posts a week

  • Creating content/graphics for annual specials to send to local news sources
