Laura + Jimmy's Sun Valley wedding celebration
It’s really special when a wedding is not only about celebrating the couple, but about bringing their two families together as one. That’s what Laura & Jimmy’s wedding was like. Their relationship had brought together two already tight knit families, so that the wedding felt like a big family reunion (albeit an elegant, beautifully orchestrated one with a stunning couple at its center!)
They met in college and then re-connected a couple of years later and have been inseparable ever since. Jimmy proposed on Laura’s family’s doorstep on Christmas Eve. After spending Christmas with her family, the couple flew out to Palm Springs to spend New Year’s Eve with Jimmy’s family.
Because Sun Valley is such a special place for the two of them, they chose Trail Creek Pavilion as their wedding venue, where they could say their vows overlooking Bald Mountain in a ceremony that felt intimate and sweet. Wedding planner Heather Minor and her team made sure that the rest of the night went off flawlessly, as the couple and all their most special people ate, drank and were merry— dancing the night away!
