Taylor & Brad's Snowy Sun Valley Wedding
Taylor and Brad had their hearts set on a winter wonderland wedding, but there has not been a whole lot of snow this winter. As their big day approached, it looked like that was not going to change, so the couple was all set to make the most of it, and began to celebrate with their friends and family as they arrived to enjoyed all that Sun Valley has to offer, with or without snow. The weekend started with a rehearsal dinner at the Town Square Tavern, and a welcome party at Whiskey Jacques the next night. On Saturday morning, the girls gathered in a room at the Sun Valley Lodge to drink champagne, hang out and get ready together. The guys, always quick to get ready, met at Grumpy'sfor a pre-wedding schooner. And then around midday, a few hours before the ceremony, the snow began to fall, coating the valley with a pretty white coat of snow. It continued to fall right through their ceremony, which could not have been more sweet as they stood under the verandah at the The Valley Club, with snow flakes swirling around them, their guests wrapped in the blankets.Marie, the mother of the bride, with the help of Amanda Seaward (wedding planner extraordinaire), put together the most classic, cozy, and fun Sun Valley wedding! With so many fun personal little touches and the most enthusiastic group of friends and family, they really pulled off a wonderful event. Thanks to everyone who made tit all come together-- Amanda Seaward of Absolute Weddings, Tara Ooms of Tara Bella Flowers, Kathleen Weber of Embrey Press , who is responsible for the beautiful invitation and the rest of the paper suite, Tomiko & Brianna from Santa Barbara who did the hair and makeup as well as Britt Davis of Britt Davis Beauty, Sarah Lipton of Hank & Sylvie's, who did the cake, DJ Nate, Jay who did the lighting, Two Birds Studio who did the video and of course my second shooter Christina Carlson.
