I have had a great, very busy, summer. I have been honored to be a part of some wonderful weddings, and Brianna & Steve's wedding at Galena Lodge was no exception! They are a great couple-- sweet, funny and ever so goofy together. Their wedding was one that really reflected and celebrated their personalities and those of their families. The wedding was a real Do it Yourself effort that came together so beautifully. Steve is part of a steel drum band, who decided to play at the wedding, even though it required hauling many very large and heavy steel drums all the way from Utah. The band played at the ceremony and Steve was able to join them for a few songs during the reception. Friends and family created a fun and unique handmade invitation, baked the cake, and dried and arranged all the flowers and centerpieces. It was touching to be a part of a such a sweet celebration!
