It has been a very crazy few weeks in the valley. Two weeks ago we got evacuated as a huge wildfire threatened many, many homes in Hailey and Ketchum and in between. And now-- aside from many miles of burnt forest-- things are pretty much back to normal, thanks to the amazing firefighters! Through it all, everyone has kept things going and this weekend is going to be a Labor Day full of celebration!Summer has been busy as ever, with weddings, portraits and events. I have been really bad about posting with all that has been going on, but have so many fun things to share! The first is Allison & Travis's wedding. The ceremony was held at Trail Creek Cabin with the Reception at River Run Lodge.  It was such a pleasure to get to work with Allison, Travis and their families! They live in Florida but Allison's grandpa has had a cabin in Lake Creek since the 70s and she grew up loving the valley. When it came time to pick a location for her wedding, she knew where she wanted it to be. Thanks to my wonderful second shooter Adelaide Mason, wedding planning Amanda Seaward and Megan Gergen from Sun Valley, the wedding was a blast to photograph! The lovely Danielle Anspach of Vertu did Allison's makeup and Tara of Tara Bella Flowers put all the beautiful little details together. It was so fun to get to know Allison and Travis-- congratulations you two!
