Spoiler alert….scrolling will make you very, very hungry. We are so excited to have a hot new restaurant coming to town and opening March 5th. Chefs Britt Rescigno and Kinsey Leodler, the power couple behind Fiamma, bring so much fun and amazing flavor to their beautiful Italian dishes. The name Fiamma means “little flame” and let’s just say we are fired up to have these two as a part of our community! I was lucky enough to be able to spend time with these acclaimed chefs for a shoot for the Sun Valley Magazine. I got to sample all of the delicious dishes they cooked and and I’m ready for more. I can’t wait to enjoy Britt’s beautiful tortellini and Kinsey’s chocolate budino, and all of the other amazing creations on their menu!! Gotta run — I am going to make my rez now.
