Often people ask me if all the weddings I do kind of run together and feel the same. Surprisingly, after all of these years photographing weddings, the answer is still no. Because each couple is completely different from the next and if I take the time to get to know them and work to capture the little nuances of their personalities and their relationships with all the important people in their lives, then it never gets boring.

And for each wedding, there are always a couple of little things that really stand out that I have never seen before. For Francesca and Miles, it was their first look. Instead of just spending a few minutes together, they decided to read their vows to each other privately instead of reading them during the ceremony— keeping a little special moment just for each other. As Francesca said “ it will be a good time to cry together”!

As our first wedding of the summer, Francesca and Miles, with the help of Heather Minor and a lot of other wonderful vendors, kicked it out of the park!
