Ally and Tyler had the best celebration last weekend with their family and friends. Sun Valley has held a special place in the hearts of Tyler’s family for a long time and the couple was so excited to share this home away from home with their family and friends.

Ally and Tyler are the type of people who love an adventure. So when the wedding planner called just hours before the ceremony was supposed to take place on the new patio beside Roundhouse (on top of Baldy) to say that it was super windy up there and would they want to move the ceremony to the bottom of the mountain, the couple looked at each other and said— “No way, let’s just go for it!” They didn’t care about the flowers not being able to stand at the altar, or whatever else might happen. They just wanted to be married on a mountain top in this very special place. And so they did! It was quite windy (the wedding planning staff had to hold down the chairs until the guests arrived to sit in them), but Ally and Tyler and their guests, who got to ride the Gondola up to Roundhouse, were happy that they braved the wind for the stunning view and sweet ceremony. Afterwards, after drinks on the deck, everyone took the gondola to the base of the mountain where they ate, drank and danced in style in River Run Lodge!
