So much can happen in a year. That is of course true in all of our lives, but never so much as when you bring a little baby into the world and watch in wonder as over the course of just one year, he or she turns into a walking and talking little person.

Of course I got to experience that with my own kids, but I am also lucky to have gotten the chance to capture images of this transformation with so many little ones over the years. We have a baby plan that we call the 'Year in the Life,' where we do three sessions over the course of a baby's fist year-- capturing some wonderful milestones that happen along the way-- the itty bitty newborn stage, sitting up and often crawling at 6 months, and taking those first steps around a year.

And with the Jameson family, we have been lucky enough to get to do the whole thing twice-- starting with little Catherine and then a couple of years later with her little sister Gwen. @njmsn & @lindsjameson what a pleasure it has been!
